FAQ
When and how do I pay you?
You'll pay a deposit during the booking process and the final invoice will be sent right after a session and must be paid before I deliver final images.
What if I need to reschedule?
If someone gets sick or you have a family emergency please reach out at least 48 hours in advance and we'll work together to find a new time. I ask you to keep rescheduling to true needs in order to respect your time and mine. Rescheduling more than once will include a $75 fee.
When/how will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 3 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season ). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
Your session type determines the minimum number of photos i'll deliver. You will receive a full gallery for your session. - I don't believe in charging per photos, I want you to have all the photos you love!
What if my kids are not in the mood?
Kids will be kids. We'll work together before the session so I can learn about their interests and try to connect with them as soon as we meet. My sessions are casual and fun, we play games to capture their personalities and make everyone comfortable.
What should we bring with us?
I encourage you to bring as little as necessary in order to enable us free movement during our session (we dont want to stop to lug a bag around). That said, i'll have a bag with me that you can put snacks in for the kids.
Dress appropriately for your season and BE COMFORTABLE!
